Geocaching
For those interested in Geocaching, I use the Magellan explorist, it is the cheapest of their models, bought it at Walmart. You can also check ebay. My son and I have done this together, it is a lot of fun. It has been with me to many different activities including the National Jamboree. Watch out for the muggles:)

You definitely need to check out Todd's Geo cache site.
He has done a lot of work making cache sites out of our council's Eagle Scout project sites.This would be a great troop weekend activity.
